• 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP, with minimum 2+ years of experience in ABAP-HR
• Atleast two life cycle implementations
• Experience in Payroll, US Benefits, OM, PA
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively

Requirement Details:

Selected candidate will work on benefits module development on an existing SAP HR implementation for one of our multi billion dollar client based in Europe, US and Australia. Further work may require experience and knowledge on a variety of HR functional areas (3rd Party Payroll, Benefits Infotypes, PA, PD, Org Management). This will include writing and testing ABAP programs, writing and testing function modules, creating and testing user exits and BADI's, and creating custom tables and Infotypes. Requirements include working closely with functional analysts from each work stream to develop and test the required SAP deliverables. They will use documentation from functional design documents as their base document, but may be required to perform further investigation into the details of the object to be developed. This position will also be asked to be involved with and support the various levels of testing (QA, user acceptance, parallel) of the project. Lastly, the candidate will assist in identifying and supporting all go-live preparation activities.

• Expert in HR ABAP (3 plus years)
• Demonstrable experience working with Benefits Infotypes
• 3rd Party Payroll System
• Expert in programming/configuring IDOCs, interfaces, function modules
• Working knowledge of Functional Payroll/benefits including configuration
• Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing systems development
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
