| MYTecSoft and Opel Systems Announces Merger. |

HYDERABAD FEBRUARY 01, 2008: Opel Systems Inc, a US-based IT consulting and process outsourcing solutions, has merged with MYTecSoft, a US-based business solutions, consulting and IT services provider with research and development locations in Hyderabad.
Ram Reddy, CEO, MYTecSoft, said: “This horizontal merger will provide enhanced technical services and products to our customers, new products to our vendor partners, and further expand our clientele base, all which will fuel our anticipated revenue growth.” |

While Opel Systems provides consulting services for the automotive and pharmaceutical industries, MYTecSoft provides collaborative business solutions for sectors including agriculture, cable manufacturing and utility and products using technologies like mobile, radio-frequency identification (RFID) and global positioning system (GPS).
The company, according to Reddy, is in the process of setting up a global development center in Visakhapatnam, India, which will house around 500 to 1000 professionals in the next two years.

“We are set to acquire 2.5 acres of land in Vizag, India within the month, and expect to start operations from the center by the end of 2008. The center will take up product development, in addition to executing service level agreements,” he added. |

This year’s ABMA Conference, held in Carlsbad, California, proved to be a successful show for the MyTec Soft sales team. Segment Sales Managers Tim Hill and Pat Layden attended the four day event from January 30th thru February 2nd in which, for the first time, ABMA members were able to see a full range of MyTec Soft’s products and solutions at booth 309 of the Suppliers Display Show. Products most attractive to the brush manufacturers and suppliers was the data miner tool myQ, along with myQ Mobile and mySales, a salesman’s favorite. “The Annual ABMA Convention has always had a strong attendance. Unlike your typical trade show, here we are able to interact with the actual decision makers of brush manufacturers and suppliers from all over the US”, stated Hill. The next convention will be held in Miami, Florida in the spring of 2009. |

MMYTecSoft also contributed to the program with a New Product Presentation by Pat Layden – National Sales Manager - on our Virtual Distribution Program, a Web based platform designed for off site Inventory Management as well as off site Inventory Processing, that is linked back into the Suppliers Operating System.
Attending from MYTecSoft were Sheryl Fikse – Vice President Global Sales and Marketing, Alan Knutsen – Vice President Sales Distribution/FICO, Tim Hill – Product Manager and Pat Layden. Sheryl Fikse is quoted as saying “This show allows us to interact closely with our key customers in this important segment, as well as affording us the opportunity to introduce MYTecSoft Business Tools to the suppliers that support this industry.” |

The solutions provided by MYTecSoft were well received; with our myQ Mobile and mySales mobile platforms, as well as our RFID and Inventory Management solutions being strong topics of interest.
