The coordinator acts as the central contact point for assistance, and coordinates with the client to issue priority setting and escalation activities. Using our custom designed myTrack software, which allows our clients to view status and provide on-line feedback as situations develop; the MYTecSoft Service Coordinator will be monitoring the system for you at all times.
