PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION OF “SAP” AT NIEHOFF OF INDIA PVT.LTD
NIEHOFF OF INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (NOI) is the wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. MASCHINENFABRIC NIEHOFF, Germany. NOI manufactures wire production lines and cable making machines. To cater to the ever changing business demands of their customers, NOI felt the need for modernizing its business demands of their customers, NOI felt the need for modernizing its business process and hence decided to install a standardized ERP.
After an in-depth analysis and due diligence exercise, NOI finalized “SAP” as the right solution for catering to their needs and M/S. MYTecSoft as the implementation partner.
MYTecSoft conducted process diagnosis at NOI and had presented an extensive proposal for an integrated business process reengineering at NOI. The Proposal of MYTecSoft was duly accepted by NOI and has also been successfully implemented at NOI.
Post implementation of SAP, NOI has achieved several improvements such as greater accuracy in order processing, clarity in cost calculations, efficiency in operations, financial dependability, quicker spare parts management etc.
Needless to mention, the team of MYTecSoft played a vital role in the successful implementation of SAP at NOI. The consultants deployed by MYTecSoft were knowledgeable, yet simple and accessible. They became one with NOI for the entire duration of implementation, which obviously had a very positive impact on NOI’s team.
The team of MYTecSoft ware also able to galvanise the team of NOI to ensure that there was no delay in implementation.
